This site is primarily devoted to original historical Research about the Attack on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese on December 7, 1941, especially the Pearl Harbor Investigations, historical information about the decision-making environment in which it occurred, and the challenges the United States faced in prosecuting a total war.

New!  The civil rights challenge from 5th columnists and internal national tensions during total war and how the U.S. Department of Justice handled the problem is a newly added section which will interest visitors with the current debate about Islamic Terrorism and total war against the United States.
