The massacre site is located inside the Old Cuartel adjacent to the Catholic Cathedral of Puerto Princessa.

The Catholic Cathedral of Puerto can be seen on the hilltop from this photo beyond the commercial pier.  The massacre site is located to the right of the Cathedral.
